1, Assembling machine:(Structure Principle)
(1)Host machine:Including Main drive roller bearing power components, the door frame device, clamping device of web, wing powder compact device, hydraulic alignment device, etc.
Main drive roller moving roller components:The motor drives the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then through the sprocket, chain transmission, drive the main drive roller rotation (attached drive roller 2 group), making walking hbeam.
Web clamping device:Two groups of web plate fastening device for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Web clamping mechanism of two side by clamping bolt tightening on the sliding seat directly, through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of the web the clamping, realized the machine automatically.
Wing clamp device:Two sets of wings clamp lock mechanism for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Wing clamp on two sides of the clamping seat directly to tighten bolts on the sliding seat through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of wing plate clamp, realized the machine automatically.
The door frame press device:Can lift the main pressure beam mainly include:Pressure cylinder, lift drag plate, eccentric adjustment wheel, pinch roller.Hydraulic alignment equipment,hbeam not spot welding, flange and web will produce uneven phenomenon, then we can align the wing, to web hbeam equipment parts, makes the plate close to the base plate, so that the transverse alignment.Alignment device can make mechanical flip up and down.
(2)the pull rodof the system:On the bar system mainly includes:Pull rod box, rod oil cylinder, pull rod.When not set of wing, web transmission into the machine, the wings, not in the required position precision, web and web need support at this time.Rod for the system is able to wing, web preliminary positioning and its process are respectively, by the surface tension in the oil cylinder and the web of the tensioning oil cylinder control.Pull rod box by pull rod connected between each other.
(3)Input roller:Input of raceway is mainly with the input process of hbeam, it consists of, passive and active raceway groove, the arrangement and the spacing between rolling suitcase.
(4)Output roller:Output of raceway is mainly with the output process of hbeam, it consists of, passive and active raceway groove
(5)Hydraulic system assembly:Hydraulic system mainly includes:Hydraulic pump station, the main pressure cylinder, wing plate positioning cylinder, web positioning cylinder, wing powder tight oil cylinder (3pcs), web clamping cylinder (2pcs), rubber hose, oil pipe, seamless steel pipe.
